I can’t help feeling uneasy with shaving being meted out as punishment for sexual harassment. Shaving has a long history of being used to punish those accused of sexual transgressions or breaking codes of honour. Which begs the question: were the men punished for committing an act of violence against women, or for violating their ‘honour’? I’m leaning towards the latter
